If you don't agree, you may return the chair anytime during the first 30 days after you receive it for a full refund of your purchase price (less $250 for shipping and handling). This offer does not apply to 24/7 customers or if the chair has been abused. Chair must be returned to ERA in the original box and must be in new condition.

Fabric and foam; 2 year warranty
This warranty is valid only to original purchaser
Notification of warranty claim must be made to ERA Products within the warranty period
Normal wear and tear is not covered under the warranty
Damage due to abuse, unintended use or beyond the normal and intended conditions for which the chair was manufactured will not be covered by this warranty
All shipping charges related to replacement parts are the responsibility of the purchaser.
