Color Disclaimer
We do our best to accurately show the finish colors of each piece we
carry, however colors can vary by personal perceptions, monitor type
and age, video card differences due to the inconsistencies of various
computer monitors, the colors displayed on your screen may not depict
an accurate reproduction of the actual swatch color. We color correct
each scan as accurately as possible. If color is critical for you we
can supply actual swatch sample when requested.

ERA commitment to YOU! We are convinced you will find ERA Chairs to be the finest, most comfortable chair you've ever owned. If you don't agree, you may return the chair anytime during the first 30 days after you receive it for a full refund of your purchase price (less $250 for shipping and handling). This offer does not apply to 24/7 customers or if the chair has been abused. Chair must be returned to ERA in the original box and must be in new condition.

All steel frame: lifetime warranty
All moving parts: 5 year warranty
Fabric and foam; 2 year warranty
This warranty is valid only to original purchaser
Notification of warranty claim must be made to ERA Products within the warranty period
Normal wear and tear is not covered under the warranty
Damage due to abuse, unintended use or beyond the normal and intended conditions for which the chair was manufactured will not be covered by this warranty
All shipping charges related to replacement parts are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• All Return Authorizations are VOIDED 30 days after
issue.
• All fillers and packing must be intact. We cannot resell product
that is not in the original factory carton and packing.
• Concealed damaged goods must be reported to us within 20 days.
• Public carriers assume all responsibility for damages. Check
your order before you sign for it.

All orders are subject to the approval of the Office Furniture Mall Credit
